Initial Consultation
Includes a 30 – 60 minute discussion with the parent, teachers, and other important individuals in the person’s life. Background history information is completed and wants, needs, and recommendations for the individual are discussed and documented.

We are available to answer your questions and address your speech and language service needs Monday - Saturday 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
Speech and Language Screen
Includes brief discussion with the person referring the individual, a quick articulation screen, and a quick language and cognition screen. You will also receive a brief screening report detailing if further evaluation is or is not needed.

Includes articulation, cognition, language (expressive and receptive), and an environmental observation. You will also receive a full evaluation report detailing the results of each assessment administered including recommendations/speech and language goals. This is required for ALL individuals who DO NOT have a speech and language assessment conducted within the current year of services.
*A speech and language screener fee is waived when a Comprehensive Speech and Language Assessment is completed.

Speech & Language Comprehensive Assessment (New)
Includes all services documented within the comprehensive (new) evaluation. Recommendations/Speech and language goals are updated for this assessment. Generally conducted once a year but can be completed at the parent’s request. In order to receive a re-assessment, individual’s evaluation must be no more than a year old. Otherwise. A new comprehensive assessment is required.

Speech & Language Assessment (Re-Evaluation)
Includes individual treatment with one client and the clinician addressing designated speech and language goals. All treatment materials are included. Each session comes with data tracking and notes. At the end of each 4 week session, the site will be provided with full documentation of all services and data notes provided.

One to One SLP Treatment
Group SLP Treatment
Includes group treatment of 2-3 individuals and the clinician addressing designated speech and language goals. All treatment materials are included. Each session comes with data tracking and notes. At the end of each 4 week session, the site will be provided with full documentation of all services and data notes provided. Parents may collaborate on paying this fee.

SLP Treatment Tele-Speech
Response to Critical Communication Needs Training Program (RT-CCN)
Addresses the integration of Augmentative and Alternative Communication into the classroom, to maximize teacher instruction time, communication of the AAC user, and reduces the need for consistent specialized services such as AAC specialists and Speech Therapists. Consultation and advisory from your Speech Pathologist Instructor is recommended however. Includes Training materials and consultation on AAC recommended supplies.

Talking With Your Hands (TWYH) Training
Addresses signing exact english (sign language) used for individuals who require another mode of communication to functionally engage with individuals. Includes training material of all signs introduced. For Parents, Families, Caregivers, and Educators.
